MINOR RELEASE FORM
All riders that are 17 years old or younger must print off the Minor Release Form
and have it signed by their Parent or Legal Guardian. All Riders that are 17 years
old are younger who do not have Minor Release Form signed by their Parent or
Legal Guardian will be unable to ride at Newport MX.

GENERAL RELEASE FORM
All riders who plan to participate in the upcoming races must sign our General Release
Form before racing. If you are 17 years of age or younger, please bring both the Minor
Release Form and the General Release Form to participate in the races.
